Project Management and Integration Support -- New Launch System:   Engaged by a commercial satellite operator and a new launch provider, assisted with the planning and technical interface development that led to the first successful commercial launch by the new provider.

Satellite Integration Program Management and Engineering Support:  For three regional satellite operators provided technical teams at the manufacturer for product monitoring and product assurance.

Project Management for New Space Constellation:  Provided executive management with an independent technical and schedule assessment, and further program management support, for a new non-GEO satellite project.

Commercial and Technical Project Planning:  For a Middle East government agency, helped create the development plan to commercialize and establish facilities for a new Aeronautical Research Centre.

Technical Due Diligence:  For a private equity investor, performed a technical due diligence of a new global satellite communications system.

Specialized Engineering Support: Subsystem/payload engineering expertise to a European satellite manufacturer engaged on the Galileo system.

Global Aircraft Connectivity Market:   Provided an independent, quantitative assessment of the aircraft connectivity market for a leading  aerospace manufacturer.

Satellite New Venture Due Diligence:  For a major European investment bank, provided technical and commercial diligence of a proposed new satellite project, including reports for potential investors.

Aerospace Market Research Study:  For the UK Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), conducted a study of the size, nature and scale of the UK aerospace maintenance, repair, overhaul and logistics (MROL) sector, and the growth opportunities associated with it.

Communications Requirements for Future Air Traffic Control:  Engaged by US/European air traffic control agencies to support the development of next-generation communications requirements and systems.
